The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 13 deaths and 569 new infections with the emerging corona virus during the last 24 hours.
Khaled Megahed, the official spokesman for the ministry, said that the total number of people infected with the virus that was registered in Egypt is 295051, while the total number of deaths has reached 16,921 deaths.
He indicated that 477 people were discharged from hospitals, bringing the total number of people recovering from the virus to 248,425.
