A number of Palestinians were injured today as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a demonstration in Al-Mughayer village, east of Ramallah in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces fired poison gas canisters at the participants in the demonstration called by the Palestinian national forces, in refusal to close the occupation about two weeks ago, the eastern entrance to the village, which led to a number of Palestinians suffocating.
The entrance, which was closed by the occupation, is considered an essential artery to connect the village with the neighboring villages and areas, forcing the Palestinians to take long and bumpy roads in their transportation.
