The yard flea markets take place at the weekend.
There are not only unique items up for auction.
The city of Regensburg also offers culinary delights and culture.
Regensburg - On Saturday (September 18th) the flea markets take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The setting is the outside area of the PLK cultural center on the grounds of the Prinz-Leopold-Kaserne.
Shoppers can enter via Dieselstrasse, as the city writes.
Regensburg: Finds from the recycling center are being auctioned
There will also be culinary delicacies.
From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., visitors can bid for finds from the recycling center for a good cause.
In addition, Anette Vogel's dance theater will perform and offer a free workshop from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
In order to bring the idea of waste separation closer to the visitors, the Environment Agency will be distributing free starter kits, each containing an organic waste bin and bags.
Regensburg: The event takes place in all weathers
Thanks to a roof, the event can also take place outside in bad weather.
In addition, the currently applicable hygiene regulations apply.
A vaccination or test certificate is not necessary.
One week later, the Regensburg flea markets will take place on Saturday (September 25th) in the meeting center on Guerickestrasse.
There will also be an offer that encourages young and old to participate.
Even then, the free starter kits will be distributed.
