Tom Brady's curious trick on social networks 0:22
(CNN) -
Tom Brady has already established his legacy as one of the greatest to ever play, but the legendary quarterback says he has many more years to go.
In a video with his friend and teammate Rob Gronkowski, the 44-year-old admitted wanting to avoid retirement from the NFL for another six years.
On Thursday, in a video produced by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Gronkowski asked Brady a question that people often Google: "Can Tom Brady play until he's 50?"
Brady responded, "I don't find it that difficult. Plus, in Florida, it's kind of a retirement state, so I feel like I can play and then slide into retirement. I think I can. I think it's a yes."

But Gronkowski then threw a curveball at the prospect by asking Brady if his wife, Gisele Bundchen, would allow her husband to play that long.
"That's a much better question," Brady laughed.
"That was, of course, 'No', the answer."

"I'm just kidding. I'm sorry honey, I love you. You would let me. You would let me do anything as long as I'm happy."
Before his seventh Super Bowl title in February, the Buccaneers quarterback said he was ready to play in the league after age 45.
But now Brady hints at a much longer stint in the NFL and shows no signs of slowing down: He threw for 379 yards and four touchdowns in his team's Sept. 10 victory to open the 2021 NFL season.

Gronkowski, who has raised a trophy of Vince Lombardi trophies along with Brady on the New England Patriots and now the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has previously said the quarterback would "sign another 50-year contract if he could."
