Diego Schwartzman faces Daniil Ostapenkov in the first point of the best-of-five Davis Cup series between Argentina and Belarus, at the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club and is valid for the reclassification playoffs for World Group I.
Peque Schwartzman, ranked 15th in the ATP world rankings, will play the first point against the 18-year-old youth Ostapenkov, ranked 63rd in the junior ranks;
while the second point of the series will be played next by Guido Pella from Bahia (82) against Belorussian Erik Arutiunian (42 in juniors).
The series between Argentines and Europeans will continue tomorrow from 11 am with the doubles point between Horacio Zeballos from Mar del Plata, seventh in the world in the specialty, and Máximo González (25) from Tandil, against the best tennis players of the rival team, Alexander Zgirovsky ( 1233) and Martin Borisiouk (1408).
The fourth point of the series should be played by Schwartzman and Arutionian tomorrow after the doubles and the fifth by Pella against Ostapenkov, although the captains can alter the names up to two hours before each game.
Argentina receives Belarus with the great news that there will be fans in the stadium, up to 70 percent of the total capacity that amounts to 4,000 spectators.
