After a corona-related break, the Diversity Festival, launched in 2019, will take place again this year in the monastery building yard in Ebersberg.

Ebersberg.

Today on Saturday, September 18, the district youth association Ebersberg, the integration officer of the city and the Catholic district education organization, as well as many other supporters, provide an insight into the diversity of the residents of the city of Ebersberg.

From 2 p.m. in the monastery building yard, visitors can talk to around 15 different people (“living books”) about selected chapters of their lives in a so-called “living library”.

You are cordially invited to immerse yourself in other life stories, to get to know new perspectives on different realities of life, to ask daring questions and to exchange ideas with other people in a cozy atmosphere.

The on-site catering is provided by Café Mala and TSV Ebersberg.

A “real” book corner on the subject of diversity and anti-discrimination is provided by Buch Otter Ebersberg and the children's bookstore Kuckuck from Munich.

The Youngsters Music Club of the Ebersberg Music School accompanies the event with relaxed background music and the performance of the clown Pippo from 6 p.m. rounds off the event.

Due to the pandemic situation, the festival can only take place in good weather.
