"Maayan is leaving", the people of "Wedding at First Sight" chose to call the episode that aired last night (Saturday), in a complete dramatization of what is clearly a temporary event.
Those of you who think that Maayan really left the show as a son of the short-lived duo "Ben and Manor" will be deceived, presumably, already in the next episode.
Because in the end Maayan changed no more than a phase from being thrown on the couch with a suicidal look, she left her eternal Wanzi for a moment and moved three buildings left to her apartment, in the exact same Florentine where she had lived seconds before in Omri's house.
Not exactly the abandonment of the century (not even a small case was packed there), like a sanction action against Omri.
The husband, who decided to celebrate with his friends at a party, completely invited Maayan to her - before he foresaw her and informed her that he was actually in the business of going without her. A problematic act? Definitely, but it's not that Maayan seems too much fun with her at parties.

Perhaps a more appropriate name for yesterday's episode could have been "The Sofa Saga."
And to think that it all started with a goldfish that Maayan buys, which is meant to replace the one whose name was already determined in the first episodes of the season, as a cinematic metaphor for this relationship.
The pairing between the fish is likely to work harder than most pairs this season, but how challenging is it really?
After Omri presents her with two completely identical pairs of glasses that he purchased, the two go to choose a sofa for his apartment.
Maayan is excited by the gesture, but later in the episode, Omri will update her on the phone that he purchased a sofa himself and the entire seating selection ceremony was nothing more than a show in front of the cameras.
And that's a problematic act too, but hey - with one of them Omri will stay beyond the 42 days he is contractually committed to, and Maayan does not seem to win this competition.

At least before the not-so-great departure, the two enjoyed what Omri defines as a "fun day" and the laymen will surely see it as nothing more than a visit to a dental clinic.
During it, Omri wooed in his strange way by whitening the teeth of his TV wife.
For some reason he feels that this did not appreciate the gesture, which also included removing a bacterial plaque from the tooth surface.
Well, at least we didn't go down without explaining ourselves first.

Meanwhile, Hadas and Slash, sorry - Hadas and Shai, go out to the market and later are hosted on Saturday night for a meal, a kiddush and a commission of inquiry at Shai's house.
Not much happens there either, just Hadas' admission that, as we suspected, she did try to flee the scene on the wedding night.

Oh, and Shai danced to the sounds of Shakira and tried to sweep with a mop.
