Lenggries - A collision between a milk truck and a cyclist in the early morning hours of Sunday in Lenggries-Wies went relatively lightly.
The cyclist was injured “moderately”.
The wheel was not illuminated
The accident happened at 4 a.m.
According to the police, a 32-year-old driver from the Weilheim district wanted to turn into a courtyard with his milk truck.
In doing so, he overlooked a 21-year-old cyclist "from the local district", with whom, according to the press report, he had probably not expected at the time.
In addition, the bike was not illuminated and therefore could not be seen.
21-year-old cyclist was drunk
In the course of the accident recording, the police officers also found that the cyclist was drunk and therefore not entirely innocent.
According to the police, the 21-year-old was brought "moderately injured" to the hospital in Penzberg.
A blood sample was also taken from him.
The property damage is rather low at 150 euros.
