A 77-year-old Holon resident entered the HMO's underground parking lot today (Sunday) and lost control of the vehicle.
The resuscitation operations were performed on the driver but her death was eventually determined.
An 80-year-old man was rescued from the seat next to the driver and his condition is defined as moderate with injuries to the chest and limbs, while a 40-year-old woman was rescued from the back seat and in a critical condition.
Daniel Giat and Nathan Ross, MDA medics who arrived at the scene, said: "At the entrance to the parking lot, we saw the vehicle collide with a wall with severe injuries to its front end.
The driver of the vehicle was unconscious, with no pulse and breathing.
We rescued her from the vehicle and performed advanced resuscitation on her, but the injury was critical and we had to determine her death. "
They added: "An 80-year-old man was rescued from the seat next to the driver and a 40-year-old woman was rescued from the back seat. We provided them with primary medical care in the field and evacuated them for further treatment at the hospital.
