An 80-year-old woman, a resident of Holon, was killed today (Sunday) after she collided with a car on a wall in a parking lot on Naomi Shemer Street in the city.
Magen David Adom paramedics at the scene performed resuscitation at the end had to determine the death. Accident also injured 45-year-old woman, who was evacuated critically at Assaf Harofeh Hospital, and her husband of 80 years old leadership was evacuated to Wolfson Hospital in the city in fair condition.
MDA medics Daniel Giat and Nathan Ross said that "we reached the entrance to the parking lot and saw the vehicle collide with the wall with severe injuries to its front part. The train driver was unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing, we rescued her from the vehicle and performed advanced resuscitation but the injury was critical.
The two also said of the two other wounded that "we provided them with primary medical care in the field and evacuated them for further treatment at the hospital when their condition was moderate and difficult. During the evacuation to the hospital, the wounded woman's condition deteriorated and we performed resuscitation operations."
