One of the greatest English actors of all time, Jimmy Graves, passed away today (Sunday) at the age of 81.
The former striker began his career at Chelsea (where he scored 124 goals), after which he moved to Milan and in 1961 moved to Tottenham - where he undoubtedly had the best term of his club career.
He played in the Rooster uniform for nine years, in which he allowed 266 goals in 379 appearances in all competitions (220 league goals) - which made him the biggest conqueror in the team, a record he holds to this day.
In addition, he scored 47 goals in the England national team uniform in 57 appearances in the national uniform and was a partner in the historic World Cup in 1966.

If that wasn't enough, the legendary striker played for other teams in England until retiring in 1980 from active play and scoring a total of 357 goals in the English Premier League - making him also the greatest scorer in league history.
Tottenham's official website praised for what many consider to be the team's greatest players: "He was the natural goal scorer, always in the right place at the right time to add the touch to another move that worked well, while also creating goals of his own, as he did on many occasions. He has flawless ball control, great balance and such composure in front of goal, that he rarely fails to score. "
