A serious accident on Friday evening near Oberau left three seriously injured.
Two of them, including the one who caused the accident, come from Königsdorf.
His co-driver was in mortal danger.

Weilheim, the 64-year-old Mercedes driver drove with a companion, both from Königsdorf, towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen at around 8 p.m.
Shortly after the tunnel construction site in Oberau, the vehicle suddenly got into the opposite lane for an unexplained cause and collided head-on with the Skoda of a 62-year-old vacationer from Hagen (North Rhine-Westphalia).
Passenger seriously injured
The 64-year-old Mercedes driver and the 62-year-old at the wheel of the Skoda were seriously injured in the collision.
The 61-year-old passenger suffered life-threatening injuries.
The three were taken to the Garmisch hospital and the Murnau trauma clinic.
Police commission accident reports
Because of the severity of the injuries, the police called on the Munich public prosecutor's office at the scene of the accident.
From there, the driver of the Mercedes was ordered to have his blood drawn and his driver's license secured.
In order to clarify the course of the accident in detail, an accident analysis report was also commissioned.
Already on the opposite lane several times on the Ettaler Berg?
Witnesses had already seen the Mercedes on the Ettaler Berg as it had apparently hit the opposite lane several times.
The police are therefore investigating whether the man may have been under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
The property damage is stated by the traffic police inspection at around 25,000 euros.
