The arrest of Monadel Yaakov Anfiat and them as Mamji, the last two prisoners who escaped from Gilboa Prison and were arrested tonight, took place after many intelligence operations, which eventually brought the security forces to the house where the two were staying.

In fact, security forces have been estimating for a week that the terrorists managed to reach Jenin despite attempts to prevent them from doing so.

Upon receiving the final indication, the YMCA and GSS fighters arrived at the entrance to the building where Anfiat and Kamaji were staying, surrounded all the escape routes from it and declared the two to surrender.

During the arrest, which lasted more than half an hour, explosions and gunfire were heard in the area.

While the security forces demanded that the prisoners leave the house, one of them called his father and told him that he intended to turn himself in without resistance, so that the members of the house would not be harmed.

Afterwards, the two came out with raised hands.

They were also arrested by two suspects who helped them hide.

At the same time, IDF Spokesman Ran Kochav referred to the terrorists' perception and said that "there was a gap between our intelligence capabilities, and a pair of terrorists who are supported by Islamic Jihad and arrive at the Jenin refugee camp.

A gap opens up that is hard to explain, but operational success explains the gap.
