The spokesman for the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian parliament, Mahmoud Abbaszadeh Moshkini, called on the European Union to implement its commitments regarding the nuclear agreement signed with Iran instead of issuing statements against it.
In a press statement today, Meshkini referred to the recent statement issued by the European Union on the Iranian nuclear program, and said that the Western countries had not taken any step in the implementation of their commitments contained in the nuclear agreement, but rather their actions resulted in the tightening of the unjust embargo in an attempt to stir up the atmosphere and intensify pressure on Iran. He stressed that these practices are useless and doomed to failure, as happened with regard to the US maximum pressure on Iran.
"If the Europeans are sincere about their concerns about undermining the nuclear agreement, they should first evaluate their behavior and realize that the only way out of the current situation is to cancel the unjust embargo imposed on Iran," Meshkini added.
Earlier today, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh confirmed that Iran will not give up its rights guaranteed by the nuclear agreement, noting that “America practiced unilateralism and exclusivity in the Vienna talks on the nuclear agreement with Iran. to the best" .
