A witness who witnessed the scene was able to confirm the facts to the police and locate the shooter.

His information allowed the Paris anti-crime brigade to identify the suspect and to arrest him at his home in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, says BFMTV.

The man was obviously a regular in the neighborhood.
