At this point, the investigating unit presented three criminal incidents, two of which had actual evidence. One, an assault from February 2021 and the other an abduction from June 2021. Except for Tensky, the detention of Dmitry Cherbinsky and Vladislav Kozachuk was extended.
According to the suspicion, the complainant owed money to Tansky and was blackmailed by him. It further appears that Tansky was at the head of the attackers and when the complainant did not act in accordance with his instructions he was attacked in a manner that caused his hospitalization. Another time a woman was abducted to pressure the complainant to return the money he owed.
The police representative noted at the court hearing that this is a danger at the highest level. This is suspected to be a method involving different people who have joined them together and all this in aggravating circumstances.
Judge Ido Kafkafi, who extended his detention, noted: "From the evidence in the case there is actual evidence of the respondent's personal involvement in both incidents, even if his degree of physical involvement may be partial in relation to the assault events. "Justifying an extension of detention in light of the seriousness of the offenses, the strength of the evidence and the need to complete the investigation."
