6,456 people have been diagnosed as verified in Corona in the last day out of 126,731 tests performed, 40% of them from Arab society - the Ministry of Health updated this morning (Monday).

There was a slight decrease in the number of serious patients, which currently stands at 714 people, including 194 respirators.

According to the Ministry of Health, another 30 people were added to the death toll from the virus, which currently stands at 7,541 people.

In the education system, there was an increase in the number of isolated students, which stands at 140,158 students.

However, there has been a sharp decline in the number of verified students, which now stands at 42,100 students.

3,398 members of teaching staff are in isolation, of whom 2,239 are infected with the virus.

In Israel, 6,068,531 people were vaccinated in the first dose against Corona, and 3,084,656 were vaccinated in the third dose.

Yesterday, hospital administrators warned the Ministry of Health that corona wards were on the verge of collapse.

According to them, they experience a load of respirators and patients in a severe condition that surpasses all previous waves, despite the effects of the third vaccine dose.
