Aníbal Fernández met this Monday with the outgoing Minister of Security, Sabina Frederic, to

agree on the "technical" conditions for the transfer

of the portfolio, after the latest cabinet changes prompted by the defeat of the Frente de Todos in the PASO. 

"I take elements that prepared me to be able to check them. I hope after the inauguration in Government House to come here, that I have an agreed meeting," Fernández said after the meeting.

The reference is to the meeting that he will have with Omar Perotti, from Santa Fe, regarding the delicate situation of insecurity that that province is going through.

Fernández also announced that this week he will also meet his Buenos Aires counterpart, Sergio Berni.
