A four-story building on Dolinsky Street in Rehovot was evacuated today (Monday) by police and firefighters, following fears of a collapse.
The mayor was called to the scene, along with representatives from the engineering department.
Firefighters arrived at the scene following complaints from tenants about cracks in the ground floor of the building.
After assessing the situation at the site, it was decided to evacuate the building from its occupants.
Last Friday, a two-story building in Hadera was evacuated after one of the tenants noticed that part of the ceiling of the top floor had collapsed.

Another incident occurred last week in Bnei Brak, when nine families from two buildings in danger of collapse were evacuated on Bar Ilan Street in the city.
This, following a passerby who alerted the fire and rescue center about the dilapidated condition of one of the adjacent buildings.
Last week, a building collapsed in Holon a day after all its occupants were evacuated due to the danger of collapsing.
