There have been outbreaks of upper respiratory tract infections or influenza-like illnesses in many kindergartens and primary schools. Tseung Kwan O accounts for up to three cases. Two schools in Kowloon Tong, Diamond Hill, Ma On Shan, Tai Po, Fanling, and Tuen Mun have all been included in the compulsory testing. The kindergarten department of the Kin Wah Street High Bishop College in North Point is also on the list.
As long as you have been in the relevant place for more than two hours from the 7th to the 20th of this month (September), if the specified class is involved, no matter how long you have been there, you must be tested on or before September 22; if you choose a sample from the Center for Health Protection For testing, samples must be returned on or before September 24.
If the subject has been tested between September 18 and 20, those who have completed the vaccination do not need to be tested again.
It is worth noting that among the schools included in the mandatory testing, five are only required for students and teachers of designated grades. These include the second grade of Tai Wai Tung Wah Group of Hospital Xian Ciyun Primary School and Shek Tong Tsui Anglican St. Peter’s Primary School. In the third grade, the first grade of Diamond Hill Zhenduo School, the second grade of Kowloon Tong Beacon Hill Primary School, and the first grade of Liang Zhou Shunqin Primary School of Po Leung Ju, Tuen Mun Hujing Village.
