The right-wing extremist splinter party “III.
Weg «massive criticism.
The Munich Regional Court I has now made a decision on this.
A spokeswoman said a spokeswoman said the party could not use the slogan in public with a preliminary injunction on Friday.
Should representatives of the party file an objection, public negotiations must take place.
The phrase "to hang" someone is generally understood to mean hanging someone up, killing someone in any other way or physically injuring them, according to the court's decision.

"Those who post death threats are mocking our democracy," commented the federal manager of the Greens, Michael Kellner, on the court order.
"Such an election campaign style poisons the political culture, leads to brutality and discourages citizens from becoming politically active."

The interior ministry announced last week that the police headquarters had been instructed to remove such posters based on the initial suspicion of a public request to commit crimes.
The administrative court in Chemnitz, however, had decided that posters with this slogan could be left hanging despite a ban by the city of Zwickau, but only 100 meters away from posters by the Greens.
There was nationwide criticism of the judgment.
Zwickau, however, has lodged a complaint with the Bautzen Higher Administrative Court.

During a campaign under the motto “Don't let democrats down”, members of the Saxon state association came to Zwickau to hang up campaigns for the Greens.

As reported by Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), members of the party in Würzburg placed three straw dolls stained with fake blood in the city - just a few steps from the place where three people died in a fatal knife attack at the end of June.
The dolls lying on the floor, reminiscent of covered human corpses, were apparently intended to represent "victims" of the German refugee and immigration policy and stand for three personalities: A display next to the dolls showed pictures of the candidates for chancellor from the CDU, SPD and Greens, with the inscription: "Nice and colorful here".
The police in Lower Franconia let the right-wing extremists have their way: the action had been registered and examined by representatives of the public prosecutor's office and the legal department of the Lower Franconian police headquarters.
There is no criminal offense.
