High-risk areas: only Hong Kong people who have completed the vaccination can return to Hong Kong
People in medium-risk areas: Non-Hong Kong residents must complete the vaccination and be isolated for 14 days after arriving in Hong Kong; Hong Kong residents must be isolated for 21 days if the vaccination is not completed, and isolated for 14 days after completing the vaccination
People in low-risk areas: Those who have not completed the vaccination should be isolated for 14 days, and those who have completed the vaccination should be isolated for 7 days
