- As reported by the Miesbach police station, the young man was driving his Mercedes on the B472 from Miesbach in the direction of Bad Tölz on the night from Sunday, September 19 to Monday, September 20, around 11:15 p.m.
Shortly before Baumer Berg, he lost control of his car in a long right-hand bend on a wet road.
He shot left across the opposite lane, fell down a slope and crashed into several trees.

The police cite unsuitable speed in combination with excessive alcoholism as the reasons for the accident.
A breath alcohol test carried out on site showed a value of over 1.1 per mille.
To secure evidence, the Miesbacher then had to endure a blood sample in the hospital.
The police describe the fact that the 22-year-old was only slightly injured in the serious accident and was even able to get out of the demolished car on his own as almost a miracle.
The Mercedes suffered an economic total loss.
The officials estimate the damage to the ground and the value of the damaged trees at around 10,000 euros.
The Miesbacher is now expecting criminal proceedings because of a risk to road traffic.
