Gaißach - For months there were roadblocks in the village as a result of canal and cable work, causing significant traffic obstructions.

Now an end is in sight.

The railway underpass in Mühl and the route from Unterreut to Grundern are freely accessible again, which means that the Sunntrats car park, for example, can again be reached directly and without the detour via cellars.

On the other hand, the particularly complex work on the road section between town hall and Mühl train station will drag on for another month: According to Mayor Stefan Fadinger, the final asphalting of this section is planned for the end of September / beginning of October.

At the same time, the Ahornweg cul-de-sac in Mühl will be re-asphalted.

The community's homepage is being renewed

The homepage of the municipality of Gaißach is to be redesigned and updated again in spring 2022 after a corresponding presentation by administrative manager Franz Pölt.

It was last revised four years ago, which is a long time in a rapidly evolving digital world.

"Our homepage should be even clearer, more user-friendly and more accessible," says Mayor Stefan Fadinger, setting the goal.

Some links, which meanwhile lead nowhere, would also have to be updated.

On the part of the community, the citizens of Gaißach are "cordially invited" to contribute "good and meaningful photos" for the redesign of the path page.
