Over the next two weeks, the gaming channel (Channel 66 on HOT) will broadcast the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2021 tournament. .

BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2021, which started last week, will determine which teams will advance to the Fall Finals, the latest competition before the World Finals.

And gives us the opportunity to see the best teams in Europe play to secure their place in this exclusive tournament, which hosts only the top 8 strongest in the last year.

As you can see, 3 teams have already secured their place in the World Finals.

Of course we have NAVI who just a week ago won the 14th season of the EPL, in addition to them come the previous winners of the 13th season of the EPL, the Danish team: Heroic.

And of course those who were the best team in the world at the very beginning of 2021, Gambit from the CIS area who won BLAST's last big tournament, the Spring Finals.

The other teams that will play in the World Finals will be: the team that wins the Fall Finals tournament that starts in November, the team that will win the next major in Stockholm, and the top three teams in the BLAST internal rankings that have not yet qualified.

So what have we had so far?

House A

House A hosts teams we've seen playing in the EPL very recently, teams like Vitality, Team Liquid, Evil Geniuses and Astralis.

The home started with the game of Astralis vs Evil Geniuses, both teams coming after weak performances in the EPL and hungry for victory to regain confidence and advance in the tournament.

Along the two maps the teams showed good abilities, but EG playing with 2 substitutes: "SPELLAN" who came in to replace their star "Brehze" who asked to take a leave for personal reasons, and Daps who is the team's coach, who came in place of captain Stanislaw, who announced a month ago that he went on leave .

They have not been able to stand in front of the Astralis roster, who has also been experiencing quite a few difficulties lately with the leave taken by captain "Gla1ve", and the fact that they are playing with two new players has not made their life any easier.

But that didn’t stop them from taking the 2-0 win and advancing to the home semi-finals.

The Magical captaincy was handed to Astralis.

In the second game we saw two very strong teams, Vitality vs Team Liquid.

We got all three maps in this series, and there were very close matches befitting a team like Vitality coming to this tournament after a series of 5 maps that ended in a victory for NAVI in the EPL final.

The lessons they learned in the league seem to have been reflected in this tournament because they looked superb throughout all three maps and showed their resilience and managed to beat the Serie A to advance to the semi-finals against Astralis.

On the other hand, Team Liquid find themselves on the losers' side (again ...) but they still have a chance to reach the final through the Lower Bracket, which is our next stop.

The teams that lost in the first round: Evil Geniuses and Team Liquid will now have to play with the relegation from the tournament over their heads.

Both teams from the NA area, but in the end the regional friendship did not stop Team Liquid from sending EG home with a quick 2-0 victory.

After two good first halves in the two maps for Team Liquid, it was very difficult for EG to come back from such a disadvantage.

The next game was the first semi-final, Astralis vs Vitality.

The French showed insane determination throughout the game and although the final score was 2-0, the Danes did not make life easy for Vitality who had to fight on every round along the two maps.

Astralis show us in this game that their roster is still able to face strong teams and give a good performance.

We reached the second semi-final, the two teams that lost in the second round play head to head and one will go home.

Astralis vs Team Liquid.

The game, which aired live on the gaming channel (channel 66 on HOT) was very suspenseful and took us along all three maps.

The Americans looked great on the first map, and managed to beat it despite a stubborn fight in the second half from the side of Astralis, and wanted to finish it all on the second map in Nuke.

But the Danes did not want to give up so easily, they gave an excellent fight and their new AWPER: "Lucky" showed amazing abilities and some moves that saved the map from loss.

In the third map Astralis proved to us that they are a team that should be feared, they managed to come back from a 10-5 result in favor of Team Liquid in the first half all the way to a 16-13 victory.

Following this loss Team Liquid find themselves out of the tournament and will have to try to advance to the Fall Finals through the Blast Fall Showdown tournament which hosts weaker teams and those who will lose in the Premier Fall Groups for one last chance to reach the final.

We got to the last game at home, Astralis vs Vitality.

Both teams have secured their place in the Fall Finals and are now playing for a $ 25,000 bonus and to get first place at home and guarantee them better nutrition for the Fall Finals bracket.

The first map was just delicious for what we get in this series, Astralis showed great teamwork in the first half and managed to pull it off until a win at Nuke and take us to 1-0.

In the second map the French managed to come back and in a big way, with a first half result of 11-4 in their favor, Astralis tried to come back and managed to reach 10 points but in the end Vitality take the victory with a result of 16-10.

The third map was also very close, and throughout the first half the teams showed their desire to take the win.

The French looked very good at first but Astralis managed to come back towards the end of the half and put a 9-6 result in favor of Vitality which left them a good chance but in the second half we saw a completely different story.

The French looked very dominant on their T SIDE and Astralis took just 3 rounds and in the end Vitality won the game 16-9 and secured themselves the 1st place at home.
