Wolfratshausen - bold scam: A Waldramer's bike was stolen.
When the stolen bike clicked through the website of the online company Ebay, he discovered his stolen bike there.
In the period from Saturday afternoon, September 18, to Monday night, September 20, the locked trekking bike of a 24-year-old Waldramers was stolen at the Wolfratshausen train station, including the castle.
"The injured party was amazed when he discovered the stolen bike for sale on the eBay classifieds the next morning," reports Police Chief Inspector Benedikt Schlichte.
The robber then reported to the Wolfratshausen police.
The thief's trail leads from Wolfratshausen to Munich
The investigations quickly revealed that the bike was in the Munich Sendling area.
A little later, officers of the Forstenried police were able to confiscate the stolen bike from the apartment of a 17-year-old from Munich.
It turned out that the young man had taken the S-Bahn to Wolfratshausen to steal the bike and then sell it on eBay classifieds.
The 17-year-old delinquent now has to answer for his questionable business model.
"He is now facing a complaint about a particularly serious case of theft," says Schlichte.
