The Family Court in Tel Aviv will hold a hearing tomorrow (Thursday) in the case of the boy Eitan Biran, the only survivor of the cable car disaster in Italy.
The hearing will take place at the request of Dr. Aya Biran-Nirko, the boy's aunt, who demands that the court declare that he was abducted by his grandfather, Shmulik Peleg, from Italy to Israel. If there is no agreement, the decision will be made within two months.

Following this, Peleg was questioned in the Central District Police Fraud Unit, on suspicion of kidnapping a minor under the age of 16, and was released on restrictive conditions.
Italian media reported that the city police Fabia had also opened an investigation against Peleg, on suspicion of kidnapping under aggravated circumstances.
A painful case.
