The Observatory said that the pressure in southeastern China is rising, and a fresh easterly air current is expected to reach the coast of Guangdong later today.

At the same time, the low pressure area in the southern part of the South China Sea is bringing unstable weather to the area.

The Observatory issued a thunderstorm warning at 1:18 pm, expecting squally thunderstorms in some areas in the western New Territories. At 1:35, a special weather warning was issued, indicating that strong gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour or more were expected to continue to blow in the western New Territories.

The easterly airstream affecting the coast of Guangdong is expected to affect the surrounding area in the next few days. There will be more cloud cover in the area and there will be a few showers. It is expected that the easterly airstream will gradually ease at the beginning of next week. The sky in southern China will be brighter. Until next Wednesday (29th) there will be a chance to have another sunny day, and you can "play games" with the sun again. In the next 9 days, the weather will continue to be hot. Except for next Wednesday (29th), there will be showers every day, with temperatures ranging from Celsius. 27 to 32 degrees.
