The Wounded Home Project signed today a joint cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Education and the Revolutionary Youth Union as part of its plan to expand to the segment of the wounded with partial disability who wish to complete their educational attainment and provide the educational support necessary for them to achieve their financial independence and achieve their ambition.

Under the agreement signed in the Ministry of Education building, the tasks and responsibilities of each of the three parties were defined, which means that the partially disabled will receive pre-university educational support with the support of the project and with the facilitation and direct technical supervision of the Ministry of Education and in cooperation also with the Revolutionary Youth Union.

According to the agreement, the wounded from the partial disability bracket will receive the full educational support related to the provision of free textbooks, the provision of qualified and specialized educational and educational personnel, and the provision of opportunities for free education within educational courses that help them understand the curriculum in a faster and easier way, as well as the allocation of examination centers, transportation, stationery and all the requirements of the study process that they need. requester.

In statements to SANA following the signing of the agreement between the Minister of Education, Dr. Darem Tabbaa, it is the ministry's duty to provide facilities to these young people who sacrificed for the sake of the country by supporting their ambition to complete educational attainment and securing all the requirements for that to follow their success in professional and academic life.

Head of the Joint Administrative Committee of the Wounded Home Project, Deputy Minister of Defense, General Mahmoud Al-Shawa, indicated that the project shares its work with a number of governmental and private agencies, indicating that the aim of the agreement is to provide services and facilities to the wounded in schools and to involve them in educational activities established by the Ministry of Education, in addition to providing them with the necessary support. In turn, the designated head of the Revolutionary Youth Union, Ali Al-Abbas, pointed out that the organization, through its educational centers spread in the governorates, will implement special courses for this segment of the wounded to help them achieve educational attainment.

The Homeland Wounded Project, launched by the Presidency of the Republic in 2014, targets all the wounded in the army, armed forces and allied forces.
