The green card forgers do not stop:
The Central District Attorney's Office today (Thursday) filed an indictment in the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court against Andraga Elmiyahu, 29, from Netanya, after offering a green character forgery service (vaccination certificates) through the Tiktok network for a fee.
Elmiyahu is charged with forgery under aggravated circumstances, attempting to obtain anything fraudulently under aggravated circumstances, an act that may spread illness and forgery.
About three months ago, it was revealed in "Israel Today" how Israelis flying abroad falsify corona and green card results.
According to the indictment, filed by attorney Tomer Steinberg, the defendant anonymously posted on the Tiktok network a service of forging vaccine certificates for the corona virus (green mark). To NIS 200 for each forged certificate, on a number of occasions, which are detailed in the indictment.

In one case, and following the publication in Tiktok, the defendants turned to Erez and her father Nachshon, a father and his house, with the intention of hiring Elmiyahu's services, in order for him to forge a vaccine certificate for her father.
To this end, the two provided him with various details and documents, and in return, Elmiyahu provided them with a photograph of the forged certificate using the Telegram widget.
In another case, Elmiyahu forged a vaccinator's certificate for defendant Uriel Posner, and provided him with a photograph of the forged certificate via telegram.
Following the cases described and the publicity distributed by Elmiyahu in Tiktok, a police agent was activated who contacted him on several occasions, under various names, and asked that he forge vaccine certificates for him that included false details.
After the transfer of the details by the agent, Almiyahu on several occasions forged vaccine certificates with the said details, forwarded a photograph of the forged certificates to the agent via telegram, and in return the agent forwarded payment to Almiyahu at various times.

In a request for detention until the end of the proceedings filed in parallel with the indictment against Elmiyahu, Advocate Steinberg stated that " To the potential for enormous damage from his actions and to the possibility of exposing innocent people, including at-risk populations, to the corona virus.
"The respondent's behavior indicates great daring, lack of fear as well as blatant disregard for the health consequences that are possible as a result of infection with the virus and its spread among the public."
