Those who want to use the city's artificial ice rink will have to dig deeper into their pockets from October 1st.
Against the vote of the AfD, the main and finance committee of the city council decided on Wednesday to increase fees and at the same time stipulated that the entrance prices should be checked every two years in future.
- According to the city administration, the increase is "socially balanced".
The tariffs that have now been set are at the level of 2002. As a reminder: in 2003 the city council decided to lower the tariffs.
The use of the ice rink on the ASV site on Gröbenrieder Straße now costs an adult 4 euros instead of the previous 3 euros, and the ten-pass ticket for adults now costs 30 euros instead of the previous 20 euros.
The ice stock athletes also have to pay more: 4 euros instead of 3 euros.
The reduced admission increased by 50 cents to 1.50 euros.
Mayor Florian Hartmann was certain that “the press” would now write again: “The prices will be increased by 50 percent!” However, he asserted that the price increase only sounded “dramatic”.
In fact, it is "feasible" for everyone.
