The Pentagon will present its plan to address sexual assault and domestic violence in US troops, according to two officials and a Senate aide familiar with the plans.
The plan would be announced by Undersecretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks and will come nearly three months after the White House and the Secretary of Defense endorsed the more than 80 recommendations made by the Independent Review Commission to address the scourge of sexual assault by of military.
