In recent years, Israel has seen a real revolution in the field of tea.

International brands, tea shops, new tea drinking traditions and hundreds of new products flooded the Israeli tea market and completely changed the Israeli's perception of the drink.

But now, in a small workshop in the Judean mountains, the next revolution in the field of tea in Israel is decided.

If you visit cafes regularly, you may have already tasted the "tea people" products without knowing it.

The young company, which produces extracts of natural infusions, has long been supplying products for cafes, restaurants and bars that enhance iced tea and tea-based cocktails served in dozens of businesses.

The tea people are the young entrepreneurs Joel Samuel Goldberg and Shura Kraslavsky who came from the culinary worlds.

The two share a deep passion for tea and admiration for the tea ceremonies that have been held for centuries around the globe.

Joel and Shura have decided that they want to spread the age-old tea culture in Israel as well and produce exciting and refreshing drinks for tea and health drink lovers.

At the beginning of their journey, they went to work at night after finishing their shift at the neighborhood cafes in Sheinkin (formerly Tamar Cafe), then began a large number of attempts that spanned over a year to create natural, healthy and unconventional tea flavors.

When they came to create a drink that impressed them, they began to market it using the OLD SCHOOL method - riding bicycles from restaurant to restaurant.

Those who tasted ignited, and those who heard the story immediately felt a part and partner in the way of building the brand and thus naturally created a devout audience waiting for the weekly delivery, pretty quickly a community was formed based on the passion for drinks and shared tea drinking ceremonies.

Now the young entrepreneurs behind the bottles of extracts want to reach the home kitchen of Israelis.

The Tea Lovers are launching the Tea Lovers series of five quality extracts based on selected tea leaves rich in fruits, plants and spices carefully crafted at a boutique brewery in the Judean Mountains where they are produced weekly in long traditional cooking based on recipes developed by the manufacturers themselves. Of local production, ecology and health.

The flavors range from familiar and beloved to surveying and exciting.

A series of tastings in the system has crowned the tea people's chai masala as the most addictive of the various flavors.

The chai masala is best drunk cold and mixed with milk.

"Naughty Cherry", a cherry and hibiscus infusion has also garnered general enthusiasm on the part of tasters, and is perfect for children as the amount of sugar in the extract is very small compared to sugary drinks and is a much healthier substitute for sugary drinks.

The tea people also offer "Cool me", Louisa infusion, white mini lemongrass, sage and mint, a perfect infusion to drink with ice in the hot Israeli summer.

In addition, the tea people offer an infusion of green tea and passion fruit called "Sunny" as well as an infusion of kurko, rooibos and ginger called "golden infusion".

To locate the tea people

The products come in 375 ml bottles, from which you can produce about 15 glasses of drink and large 750 ml bottles that are enough for 25 glasses of drink.

The extracts are sold in glass bottles, for ecological reasons, on the Tea People website.

Along with the products, the site also offers recipes for cold, hot drinks and mixing the excellent infusions with alcoholic beverages such as sake, to create surprising cocktails.
