The Damascus branch of the Arab Writers Union held a critical lecture on the work of the Palestinian poet Saleh Hawari and its transformations since he began writing poetry to this day, and it was delivered by the critic Dr. Ahmed Ali Muhammad.
The lecture, which was moderated by the head of the Damascus branch of the Arab Writers Union, Dr. Ibrahim Zaarour, in which he referred to many citizens in Hawari's poetry, pointing to the need to focus on shedding light on important literary issues that had a role in activating culture.
The critic Dr. Muhammad in his reading of the group “And if it wasn’t for the eye of my doubt” said: The poems of the poet Hawari and his songs involve vertical poetry and activism, between rhythmic silence and resonance, and in the poems there is a vibrating spirit that indicates a cheerful childhood that leaks with his songs through the rhythms of the language that he supported with automatic expressions after being treated rhythmically, and this is what increased From the balance of noodles he has.
He added: We see his words spoken and his poems filled with the breath of emotion, citing a number of his texts in which he found that the rigidity of repetition experiments with the technique of substitution, especially since he has maintained originality with an amazing poetic ability.
A number of writers, poets and critics presented different and varied additions and impressions that also shed light on the products and works of the poet Saleh Hawari.
The head of the Arab Writers Union, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hourani concluded, pointing to the importance of what the poet Saleh Hawari wrote and the need to work on a systematic criticism that contributes to preserving the cultural and literary scene and staying away from what distorts poetry and literature, as happens in many of the fake cases that we see and that find those who promote it under the pretext of criticism which has no foundation.
