FDA endorses emergency use of Pfizer 1:44 booster vaccine

Vaccine advisers from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) endorsed the administration of the booster dose of the covid-19 vaccine. from Pfizer to people age 65 and older residing in long-term care facilities.
CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voted unanimously on the issue: “A single booster dose of the Pfizer / BioNtech covid 19 vaccine is recommended for people 65 years of age and older and residents of long-term care facilities, at least six months after the primary series under FDA emergency use clearance. "
