” in Union colors, Volt's sandwich men met, Thursday, September 23, at the entrance to Alexanderplatz station.
It is 8:45 am, and Paul Loeper, the president of the German branch of this pro-European party, distributes his instructions and directs a dozen activists in the various districts of Berlin.
He himself is one of the seven candidates that his formation presents to the Bundestag and campaigns in the constituency of Pankow, east of the capital.
