Yesterday, the Israel Police filed an indictment and a request for detention until the end of the proceedings against a defendant in the outburst and attack of players on the lawn at the Moshava Stadium in Petah Tikva.
Last Saturday, during a football match between Maccabi Petah Tikva and Hapoel Tel Aviv that took place at the Moshava Stadium in Petah Tikva, the defendant burst onto the field, ran towards one of the players and attacked him when he later tried to attack another player until he was stopped by the ushers.
Yesterday, the Prosecution Brigade filed an indictment against Sharon, a 32-year-old resident of Bnei Brak.
The indictment was accompanied by a request for the detention of the defendant until the end of the proceedings against him.
