Four people, including a liberal nurse practicing in Orleans, were indicted for having generated and sold false health passes, we learned Thursday, September 23 from corroborating sources.

These four people are indicted for "
fraud to the detriment of a social protection organization, possession and use of administrative bogus, fraudulent entry into an automated data processing system and endangering the life of others
", according to a press release from the Orléans prosecutor's office.
Known accomplices of justice
Two members of this network were remanded in custody, two others under judicial supervision, according to the same source.
From a police source, a fifth person, arrested Monday, the wife of one of the dealers, has not been indicted at this stage of the investigation.

If the liberal nurse was unknown to justice, her three accomplices had already been convicted in cases related in particular to narcotics. Still from police sources, the three individuals recovered the contact details of people seeking to obtain a health pass. They transmitted them to the nurse who then generated a health pass on the health insurance site without having carried out the vaccine.
According to the prosecution, the network would have "
issued several dozen health passes for 350 euros per unit
".
