In a statement, the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico (Conacyt) rejected "the concerted wave of disinformation" generated from an investigation by the Attorney General's Office against some former officials for alleged crimes against public property.
A judge denied an arrest warrant against the alleged implicated in the case, but the Prosecutor's Office announced that it would again request the arrest of those named.
