The end of Ronald Koeman in Barcelona is approaching.
The Dutch coach deepened his bad situation in the Blaugrana uniform after last night (Thursday) his team finished in a disappointing 0-0 draw with Cadiz, remaining only seventh in the Spanish league with the gap from Real Madrid standing at seven points.
According to Spanish media, a Coman whose relationship with President Joan Laporta has run aground is unlikely to continue and it is possible that the game against Benfica in the middle of the week in the Champions League will be his last on the lines of the luxury club.
If until now it seemed that the players were defending Koeman and wanting him to stay in office in the face of the weak squad being built, now they too have started to lose patience.
The Mundo Deportivo wrote: "The players respect him publicly because he protects them, but they have a hard time believing that he is the man who can change the difficult situation that has arisen."

"I'm not wearing the Barcelona shirt to finish in third or fourth place," captain Gerard Pique said last night when Sergi Roberto added: "Finishing in fourth place is just not enough, we definitely need to aim for the championship."
Koeman, who was sent off yesterday, took out his nerves on the refereeing team after the game.
"In this country you are kept away from everything. Today I was kept away just because I was a little nervous and I remarked to the referee that there is another ball in the court. It is permissible to protest against such a thing."
