The branch of the Syrian Communist Party in Qamishli organized a protest sit-in to reject the American and Turkish occupations, and to denounce the “Qasd” militia linked to the American occupation to close government schools in Hasaka governorate.
During the sit-in, the demonstrators raised banners inscribed with phrases denouncing the American and Turkish presence and the “Qasd” militia, which continues to steal oil and other national wealth and deprive the people on the one hand, and the closure of government schools on the other.
The demonstrators also denounced the continued kidnapping of young men by the SDF militia and forcing them to fight in its ranks.
In a statement to SANA reporter, between the candidate for the Political Bureau and Secretary of the Logical Committee, Fawaz al-Dibs, that the stand today “rejects the foreign presence and denounces the American and Turkish occupations, which caused destabilization of security in Syria,” explaining that the loss of bread and fuel in areas controlled by the “Qasd militia” linked to the American occupation and terrorist organizations The Turkish occupation of the Syrian island is an inevitable result of the presence of the occupation and those militias and organizations.
