Two days before the Berlin election, the SPD and Franziska Giffey are leading the polls.

According to the current political barometer of the Wahlen research group, the SPD currently has 22%.

With 19%, the Greens are three percentage points behind.

The CDU comes to 17%, the Left to 13%, the AfD to 9% and the FDP to 7%.

Berlin election 2021: which parties are up for election

In the Berlin election, as in the Bundestag election, the voters have two votes: With the first vote, they choose direct candidates: in the 78 constituencies of the city.

For the second vote, you can choose from a total of 34 district or state lists of the parties.

These include, in addition to the parties already established in the Bundestag and the House of Representatives, the SPD *, CDU *, Left *, Greens *, AfD * and FDP *, numerous small parties.

Berlin election 2021: who will be mayor: in?

  • Sebastian Czaja (FDP):

  • Klaus Lederer (Die Linke):
