Postal voting from abroad: You should have considered that

Postal votes are also possible for those entitled to vote who live abroad.

In order to be able to participate in the federal election in 2021, people living abroad must apply to the responsible municipality to be entered in the electoral roll.

The application had to be submitted by August 5, 2021 at the latest.

The postal voting documents should then be returned as soon as possible.

Here, too, the following applies: The documents must arrive by the election date on September 26, 2021 at 6 p.m. at the latest, otherwise the vote will not count.
