In view of this, Hong Kong Taoist Federation Chunyang Primary School organizes Primary One Adaptation Day every year before the beginning of school. It not only provides bridging courses for new students who are entering primary school, but also shares school policies and introduction courses with parents who are entering primary school, so that parents and children can work together. Stepping into the Primary One class, parents and children will inevitably feel a little uneasy facing the brand new school building.

For two days in a row, the teachers of Chunyang Elementary School carefully prepared the textbooks for each subject in response to the situations that the new students might encounter. In the process, the order of strokes was recognized; the English teachers prepared an English name writing book carefully, so that the freshmen could practice writing their English names correctly....The bridging textbooks carefully prepared by the teachers can not only make the freshmen have a fulfilling experience. The summer vacation will allow the freshmen to adapt to the Primary One life earlier.

On the day of Primary One Adaptation Day, parents learned about the school building environment through the school’s 360 videos and listened to teachers' introduction to the school curriculum structure.

Through these briefings, parents have a preliminary understanding of school teaching and campus learning environment.

Later, the parents even met with the Primary One class teacher and subject teacher for the first time, and through face-to-face conversations to enhance mutual understanding, so that parents can safely hand over their children to the school.

After enrollment, the school will also provide a series of lectures, such as support for children's English learning, parents' university, etc., to help parents to help parents become "cheerleaders" in their children's growth process.

The two-day adjustment day for Primary One freshmen soon passed.
