In Grünwald there was an accident between a Ford Focus driver and a motorcyclist - she was seriously injured

- Thursdays around 6:35 p.m., a 29-year-old from the Ebersberg district drove his Ford Focus on Oberhachinger Strasse in Grünwald (inland).
Due to the high volume of traffic at rush hour, there was a backlog.
Since the driver wanted to turn left into Tremmlallee at a nearby junction, he drove past some waiting vehicles on the left.
Apparently he was not paying attention, according to a press release from the Munich police headquarters.
Car rams a motorcyclist - she comes to the hospital seriously injured
Immediately behind the car, a 59-year-old resident in Munich drove past the traffic jam on the left in a 650 Kawasaki motorcycle.
When the car driver tried to turn left, there was a collision with the motorcyclist coming from behind, who ricocheted off his left fender.
The 59-year-old was thrown from the motorcycle in the collision and fell onto the road.
She was seriously injured with broken ribs, collarbones and pelvis by the ambulance service and taken to a Munich hospital.
Both vehicles were slightly damaged.
There was property damage in the amount of eight thousand euros.
The Munich traffic police have started further investigations.
