Landsberg - On Wednesday evening, a 26-year-old drunk first harassed passers-by in Augsburger Strasse, then insulted and threatened police officers.
According to the police, a group of drunk men was initially on a park bench near the cemetery to verbally harass passers-by. After the situation had already been clarified by the police officers who had been summoned, a 26-year-old Brazilian returned to the scene on his bicycle, attacked the officers, insulted them, and kept walking on the road, whereupon he was temporarily arrested. On the way to the office, he continued to insult, threaten and spat around the emergency services, according to the police.
The 26-year-old now expects criminal charges for resistance to law enforcement officers, insults and threats.
In addition, a blood sample was taken because someone was drunk in traffic in the room.
For cyclists, the limit is 1.6 per mille.
According to the Landsberg police, however, this is reduced to 0.3 per mille in the event of "failure symptoms".
