Maintenance and replacement of production lines in a number of Lattakia bakeries

The branch of the Syrian Bakeries Corporation in Lattakia Governorate continues the rehabilitation and maintenance work of a number of its production lines and automated bakeries in Lattakia city to improve product quality and increase production capacity.

The director of the institution’s branch, Eng. Tammam Michael, told SANA reporter that the branch’s workshops are working on installing two new production lines in the third bakery in the Damsarkho neighborhood and replacing the two old lines, indicating that the institution’s branch is also working on installing a new production line in the automatic bakery in Sanada, where civil maintenance work has started in Al-Basel Bakery in the Saliba project district in Lattakia, which will include the replacement of the production line.

Michael explained that the maintenance and rehabilitation work for bakeries also includes replacing a production line and rehabilitating a second line in the second bakery in Halloum Square to improve the quality of the product and complete the work of equipping Ain al-Tineh bakery, noting that the implementation of these works is carried out taking into account the continuation of the production process and meeting the need for bread.

Michael pointed out that the branch of the Foundation, in coordination with Lattakia Governorate, is working on preparing a site for setting up a mobile bakery in the municipality of Wata Al-Khan in the northern countryside, within the direction of easily securing bread for the people of nearby villages in the liberated northern Latakia countryside and reducing costs for them.
