Russia's aviation services announced today that the wreckage of a helicopter that was lost yesterday has been found on the Kamchatka Peninsula in the east of the country, indicating the death of its three crew members.
"The wreckage of a Ka-27 helicopter was found," TASS news agency quoted the aviation services as saying in a statement today, adding that "there were no survivors among the three crew members."
Yesterday, Russian aviation authorities announced the loss of the helicopter after it made a "hard landing" on the Kamchatka Peninsula.
