For me, it was a perfect solution.

Since then, I really, really, love zucchini.

Unfortunately, zucchini is a vegetable that is usually not the most respected.

It is a bit hidden to the dishes, it does not have a dominant and glamorous character, nor a unique or eye-catching color, but nevertheless it is very special, at least for me.

Just like in life, when there are people who like to shout and use their elbows to achieve the goal, but rather the introverts are the ones who enjoy benefits that others do not have.

Precisely the "zucchini", those who know how to be introverted, can better analyze the situation, read body language.

Although they talk a little, they know how to listen and give their friends an answer to the vent when needed.

When they finally do speak, they usually have a great and true meaning to their words, just like the stews and foods in which the zucchini star.

As you probably already understand, the biggest advantage of zucchini is actually its lack of dominance.

It fits almost everything, does not take over and accepts any addition with love.

With a little imagination, he can of course also excite.

Zucchini is one of the vegetables that can be more varied with.

It is delicious in stews and in soups, easily goes into pastries and pies, and can also be eaten fried or fresh.

Zucchini flowers can also be used, as they are edible and can be decorated or filled.

Materials:

√ 1 kg sliced ​​lamb saddle with bone

√ A handful of peeled garlic cloves

√ 20 small bloody zucchini

√ 3 tomatoes cut into quarters

√ 1 tablespoon honey

√ 1 glass of white wine

√ 1 liter of cattle spindle (if not, use water)

√ 5 bay leaves

√ 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

√ 2 cinnamon sticks

√ Salt

√ Black pepper

Sear the lamb saddle until browned in a very flat and hot pot and set aside.

Lower the heat, and in the same pot, fry the garlic cloves for 2 minutes.

Return the saddle to the pot and arrange the zucchini and tomatoes on top.

Add the honey, wine and spices, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, until the alcohol vapors have evaporated.

Pour the stock or water, bring to a further boil, cover with foil and place in the oven at 170 degrees for two hours.

Materials:

√ 20 fresh and beautiful zucchini flowers

To fill:

√ 1/2 kg ground chicken

√ 4 tablespoons bread crumbs

√ 1/2 pack chopped dill

√ 1 finely chopped onion

√ 3 chopped garlic cloves

√ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

√ Salt

√ White pepper

For the sauce:

√ 2 thinly sliced ​​onions

√ 1/4 cup olive oil

√ 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled lemon

√ 1 cup chicken stock (or water)

√ 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

√ 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

√ 1 teaspoon salt

√ Slightly grated nutmeg or ground silk

To serve:

√ Juice from 1 lemon

√ A handful of chopped dill

Mix all the filling ingredients and transfer to a perfusion bag.

Take the zucchini flowers, carefully prune the stamens, open the petals and fill each flower with as much filling as possible.

Close the petals, arrange the stuffed zucchini flowers in a wide plate and place in the refrigerator.

In a saucepan, fry the onion until golden on low heat.

Add the sauce and pickled lemon spices, lower the heat further, and arrange the zucchini flowers so that all the flowers are close together.

Pour the chicken stock, bring to a boil, cover the pot and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.

Before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice and sprinkle chopped dill over.

Materials:

√ 20 small zucchini (possibly also large ones)

√ 10 cloves of peeled garlic and slices

√ 1 packet of dill

√ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

√ 1/2 teaspoon cumin

√ 2 grated tomatoes

√ Salt

√ 1/2 cup water

√ A little olive oil

Fry the garlic in a saucepan with a little olive oil for 2-1 minutes.

Add the rest of the spices and water, bring to a boil and lower the heat.

Wash the zucchini well and scrape off the skin with a fork.

Arrange the zucchini in a saucepan, cover and cook for 40 minutes, until the zucchini are very soft.

Recommend mashing with a fork and eating inside a pita.
