The journalist Alberto Pradilla comments on CNN how the meeting between the parents of the disappeared students from Ayotzinapa with the president of Mexico took place this Friday.
Pradilla explains that the meeting was long and that although the parents recognize the progress that this Government has made in the case, there are still several pending, particularly in the role that the Army would have had in the disappearance of the young people.
Mexico's Secretary of Defense said on January 20 that the Army has collaborated with the authorities in the Ayotzinapa case, but that the institution does not have the powers to investigate these events.
